A Primer on Priming from a World Class Runner

I’ve talked about and taught the importance of priming – using movement to loosen the body, warm up the joints, tendons, muscles, and ligaments (as opposed tostatic stretching) prior to training before but sometimes it helps to hear it from some else too….like a USA record holder.
