I help people overcome aches & pains and limitations in movement, so they can do the things that bring them happiness and fulfillment.

I work with a limited number of clients. All of my clients share certain characteristics – maybe you’ll find yourself in this list:

  • Willing and able to commit to a learning process which often takes 3 or more months.
  • Intermittent aches and pains – hip, knee, ankle, back, shoulder, elbow – that interfere with your life.
  • Not sure what to do about your particular situation.
  • Want to eliminate the guesswork of getting better.
  • Looking for a customized, step-by-step plan.
  • Consulted other professionals, tried multiple ways of improving your problem or situation, and you don’t want to waste any more time.
  • A strong desire to be active with a clear objective. This is important because you must have a long-term goal beyond, “I just don’t want to hurt” in order to fully upgrade your body.
  • self-starter and a desire to learn. Much of what I teach you will be new to you. In order to get the full benefit of the material, you must want to learn and be comfortable applying what you learn independently.

The Process

In a nutshell, we’ll figure out why you feel the way you do, what needs to change, how to change it and how to maintain the changes over time.

As part of the consultation process, you’ll complete a few documents to help me understand your situation (those forms are made available as part of the scheduling process).

In the consultation, we’ll spend up to 50 minutes covering such things as:

  • Telling me your story – when was the last time you had the chance to go over the things that were bothering you without feeling rushed?
  • Explaining your goal – what’s the end objective?
  • Sorting out the problems -in many cases, a complaint in one part of the body is connected to other parts. “Connecting the dots” is a key part of a solution.
  • Describing what you’ve done up to this point and the result.
  • Identifying key metrics for benchmarking progress.

My Intention

There’s a lot to learn and apply when your goal is to uplevel your life. And it’s hard to do that by yourself.

You have to know what to do, how to do it and whether your response is expected. My intention is to give you a clear framework to achieve your goals, and the support and guidance you need to manage any bumps along the way. I work with clients via Skype or Zoom.

The investment for the consultation is $425.00 .

If we decide to move forward, I offer two packages.

Option 1 – Three months, 6 sessions -> $2550.00

Option 2 -Six months, 12 sessions -> $4590.00

Option 2 includes a 10% discount. I provide email support for simple questions or clarification purposes.
